This course is delivered by Adaptive US Inc. (Adaptive).

After you have completed your booking and full payment has been received, Adaptive will email you access details to its Learning Management System (LMS) within 1 business day. Links to the live class sessions will be published to the LMS and you can also access the self-guided study resources anytime for 6 months.

The live sessions are run on the GoToMeeting app. Please note that you will need to download the app and register an account (if you have not already got one). Using the GoToMeeting app as an attendee is free.

Adaptive aims to help you pass your certification exam in your first try and offers a 100% success guarantee for this course.

  1. If you fail your exam, Adaptive would pay for your exam re-sit fee.
  2. If you fail your exam again, Adaptive would pay for your second exam re-sit fee.
  3. If you fail for the third time, Adaptive would refund your full course fee minus the exam re-sit fees.

Conditions to avail exam rewrite fees for the first unsuccessful attempt:

  • Full attendance on the enrolled live training sessions.
  • Pass all the 6 exam simulations (available 24/7 in the Learning Management System) before sitting on the exam.

  • Total liability is limited to one-time USD $295 for CBAP® exam. This will be paid by Adaptive to IIBA® upon submission of the proof of failure.
  • Re-sit for one complete training at no extra cost.
  • 3 months access to the learning portal at no extra cost (from the time of reporting failure).

  • The time gap between the first and second exams is at least 6 weeks but not more than 12 weeks.
