In this Business Process Modelling course we focus on BPMN v2.0 to highlight the operations management of business processes in which we use various methods to discover, model, analyse, measure, improve, optimise, and automate business processes. We also consider the development of business process improvement by exploring six sigma and lean methodology approaches to process improvement. This is complemented with a focus on the connection to the company strategies and policies to the development of business process models.
