In this Business Process Modelling course we focus on BPMN v2.0 to highlight the operations management of business processes in which we use various methods to discover, model, analyse, measure, improve, optimise, and automate business processes. We also consider the development of business process improvement by exploring six sigma and lean methodology approaches to process improvement. This is complemented with a focus on the connection to the company strategies and policies to the development of business process models.

Business Process Management provides an organisation with a greater understanding of the processes of the organisation. Business Process Management, BPM, enables organisations to align business functions with customer needs and helps managers to determine how to deploy, monitor and measure company resources. When properly executed, BPM has the ability to enhance efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, and minimize errors and risk – thereby optimising results.

Course hours are usually 9 am – 5 pm and courses are run in the city CBD.
