Explore the fundamental concepts of Organisational Change Management (OCM) and enhance your skills in developing and guiding a Change Management program on this Change Management course.
Many business improvement and transformation programs fail to deliver their expected business results. This is rarely the fault of the new technology or the new process, but usually the way the people were involved and communicated with in the project.
In this Change Management training you will experience the practical approach to learning where theoretical knowledge is re-enforced with case-study-based exercises, allowing you to gain experience by applying your new skills to solve realistic problems.
Reorganisation, technological change, cultural change and process-based change all require Change Management techniques to achieve their business objectives.
This Change Management course is designed for anyone who uses, or wishes to use, Organisational Change Management (OCM) skills as part of their profession. It will be of interest to business managers, business analysts, project managers, change managers, enterprise architects and anyone with an interest in the “people” side of projects.
The course clarifies the key concepts, methods and techniques that change agents need to ensure their capabilities in Change Management, where a pragmatic approach is required to provide the expertise needed on a daily basis in modern programmes of work, including in Agile-based approaches.
Through instructor-guided exercises, case study and practical examples, you will take away a clear understanding of the dynamics of Organisational Change Management (OCM), and come to appreciate the linkage between change management, business improvement and business process management.
You will gain insight into the success factors in leading change, including creating a compelling case for change, using templates for environmental and stakeholder assessments, and planning and executing a communications program.
You will also come to appreciate the different ways of assessing readiness and monitoring the success of your change program.
